Where is Art Happens Creative Art Studio located?

What is the cost of a Paint & Sip Session at Art Happens?

 The cost ranges from $25-$45 per person depending upon the type of painting or project and the length of the session.  See our calendar for pricing per session     

What is included in the price of a painting session?

Paint & Sip prices include all canvas, paints, brushes and the use of an apron.  Other art medium sessions may have additional material costs.  Please see description for more information. 

Do you accept walk-ins?

 We graciously accept walk-ins for Paint & Sip and Open Studio sessions; if space allows.  We encourage you to book in advance online to reserve your space.  If you have any questions please call 603-654-2287 or email info@arthappensnh.com  

What if not enough people sign up, is there a minimum?

 We require a 5 person minimum to run each session.  You will be asked for an email and phone number when you sign up in the event that we need to contact you to reschedule.  We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance if we must cancel a session.   

What is the cancellation policy at Art Happens?

Art Happens requires a 24 hour notice to cancel a session.  This gives us sufficient time to open up space for customers on our waiting list.  We do not offer a cash refund, however, we do offer a full credit toward a future painting session. What is Open Studio time?

 We offer Open Studio/Family paint time to allow guests to create with no guided instruction.  Come in and enjoy painting at your own pace.  For $15 you receive a 16x20 canvas or $10 for an 8x10 or 11x14 canvas board and have access to all of our supplies- without the instruction.  Book your reservation here:  info@arthappensnh.com

Can I bring food and beverages to share with my group?

You are welcome to bring food items to share with your group.  Please provide your own paper goods.   Art Happens is a BYOB facility.  Guests are welcome to bring their own wine, beer or malt beverage ( i.e. Mike's Hard Lemonade, etc)    We reserve the right to check ID on all guests who bring alcohol to Art Happens. 

What time should I arrive for a class?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session.  This gives you time to put on an apron,  socialize for a bit and take your seat before beginning your masterpiece.  

Do I have to paint the featured painting?

We will be instructing the featured painting as promoted on our calendar for each session.  Often folks will follow the featured painting instructions yet change the style and colors to reflect their own personal creativity.  Please sign up for Open Studio time if you would like to let your creativity run wild!

Conduct and Alcohol Policy

We want to ensure that all of our guests have a fun, relaxing and creative evening in the studio.  If you made reservations for other people, please be sure that they are aware of our guidelines.  We are a painting class that allows guests to sip on a glass of wine, beer or malt beverage.  Art Happens is not a party facility.  Guests who want to bring something to sip are asked to bring no more than one normal size bottle of wine per person.  Coolers and mixed drinks are not permitted.

 In the studio it is important that everyone is courteous of our other guests.  If guests cannot hear the instructor, it is difficult for them to enjoy their painting experience.  We truly want to be able to provide all of our guests with an evening of fun and creativity in a beautiful atmosphere.  Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.    If you have any questions that are not answered here, please email -info@arthappensnh.com or call 603-654-2287
